What happens after you place your order.

  • We work hard to get your order out as fast as possible. Most orders ship the same day they are placed, though please allow up to 24-48 business hours for processing and shipment during busy periods.
  • Orders placed during high volume seasons, sales, or holidays may require extra processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs procedures.
  • Packages may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Inno Supps is not responsible for covering these charges.
  • Each country has different requirements on what ingredients can be imported. We recommend checking with your local customs agency before placing your order.
  • If your order is seized by customs, a refund will not be issued unless all products are returned to our warehouse in original condition.
We currently do not ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Something Went Wrong With Your Order?

We are here to help. If you run into any issues with your shipment, here is what to do.

  • Package not received: Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please allow up to 3 additional days for delivery.
    • In the meantime, check around your property, with neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf.
    • If your package still hasn’t turned up after 3 days, please contact our Customer Service team.
  • Order arrived damaged: Please reach out to our Customer Service team right away with photos of the damaged items and packaging and we will take care of it.
  • Package confirmed lost: Contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to make it right.
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to an invalid address or unpaid fees, a refund will not be issued.

Carrier Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and occasionally things outside our control can cause delays.

  • Inno Supps is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and keep you updated.

Fraud & Order Abuse

We work hard to offer fair and flexible policies for all of our customers. To protect our community, we actively monitor for unusual order patterns and potential abuse.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or abusive prior to shipment.
  • Orders placed using stolen payment methods, fake addresses, or false information will be cancelled and reported.
  • Customers found to be placing fraudulent orders or repeatedly abusing our policies may have their account permanently suspended
  • Any attempt to exploit promotional offers or discounts in bad faith may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
  • If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to review it.

  • How Do I Track My Order?

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

  • My Tracking Says Delivered But I Haven't Received My Package. What Do I Do?

    First, check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone at home who may have received it for you. If you still can't locate it after 3 or more days, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will help sort it out.

  • My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

    We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Service team right away with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review it and make sure it gets resolved for you.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes! We ship to most international locations from the United States. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs agency regarding any ingredient restrictions before placing your order.
