Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open only to approved TikTok Shop Affiliates who are legal residents of their respective countries and at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of the sponsoring company are not eligible.

No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchasing a refundable sample does not increase your chances of success. Refunds and eligibility for participation are determined by the sponsoring company and TikTok Shop policies.

Participants may be required to join an official community or communication channel designated by the organizer. Access may be restricted if conduct or content violates company or platform policies.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Program Period

The program duration and deadlines will be communicated by the organizer.
Only sales or activity generated during the specified period will be eligible for rewards or recognition.

3. How to Participate

Participants may:

  • Post shoppable TikTok videos
  • Host live shopping streams
  • Generate sales through their TikTok Shop showcase

Participants must tag official TikTok Shop product listings in all qualifying content.
Commissions or rewards will be issued directly by TikTok Shop in accordance with its payout schedule.

All content must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and the brand’s content policies.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify non-compliant content or participants.

4. Reward Redemption & Notification

Participants may be required to submit verification materials (e.g., screenshots, TikTok handle, sales reports) within a designated timeframe to claim rewards.

Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

All eligible sales made across accounts belonging to the same individual may be combined for evaluation purposes.

Accounts or content utilizing AI-generated media may be excluded at the organizer’s discretion.

Prizes or rewards will be distributed based on verified performance metrics (e.g., total sales or engagement).

5. Reward Structure

Rewards may be issued based on performance tiers, rankings, or qualifying milestones determined by the organizer.

Reward options may include cash equivalents, digital gift cards, or merchandise.

All rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent of equal or lesser value if necessary.

Commission Terms

Commissions are based solely on the offer or rate the participant was originally invited to.

If the organizer chooses to boost, fund, or run paid advertisements on behalf of the participant to increase reach or sales, the participant’s commission rate will be adjusted to 5% for all associated sales generated during the boosted campaign period.

6. Content Requirements & Policy

All submitted content must be original and created by the participant.
Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Profanity, nudity, or hate speech
  • False or misleading claims
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, music, or trademarks
  • AI-generated video, image, or audio content

Participants must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship per FTC or local advertising guidelines (e.g., using “#ad” or “#sponsored”).

7. Tax & Reporting

Participants who receive prizes or rewards of significant value may be required to submit tax documentation as applicable under local law.

Taxes, fees, and other obligations are the sole responsibility of the participant.

8. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants for:

  • Misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior (e.g., self-purchasing)
  • Violation of TikTok or brand policies
  • Use of bots, spam tactics, or artificial engagement
  • Failure to comply with program requirements

9. Publicity Rights

By participating, individuals grant the organizer permission to use their TikTok handle, likeness, content, and performance metrics for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The organizer is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Technical errors, system outages, or reporting discrepancies
  • Damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or reward use

All data and metrics are provided “as is” based on TikTok’s systems and policies.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected will be used solely for program administration and reward fulfillment in accordance with the organizer’s Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, and partners from all claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation or content.

13. Force Majeure

The organizer will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or platform outages.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable consumer arbitration rules.

Participants agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Modification & Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances compromise its integrity.

This program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organizer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
